As the U.S. population ages, the prevalence of arthritis – one of the most common and disabling joint conditions –

is expected to grow to affect 25% of U.S. adults by the year 2030.[1]

With so many Americans suffering from bone and joint pain, there is tremendous anticipation surrounding this year’s recognition of Bone and Joint Health Awareness Week (October 12-20, 2016), as treatment options for joint care will be highlighted.

In this interview, Dr. Winther will discuss the most common causes of bone and joint pain from aging and sports injuries – to the most common cause – arthritis.  He will explain for your listeners: who is most likely to suffer from this condition, some of the causes and how it is treated. He’ll also talk about how supplements are helping ease the debilitating pain and the availability of newer, more effective supplements that are safe for long-term joint care.  These supplements can help to both reduce joint pain and improve joint mobility.
