FIND OUT WHAT THIS FOOD BLOGGER AND AUTHOR LOVES MOST ABOUT COOKING, FRIENDS, FAMILY AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN

MOLLY YEH

Cookbook Author and Food Network Star

When asked what influences her recipes, Molly will tell you it includes family tradition (her Chinese and Jewish roots), travels, her mama, time spent living in the city and her current Midwest-y surroundings, the seasons, and the 90s (cue, her love of sprinkles). One of her biggest keys to success is using real ingredients to create lasting memories with family and friends – and real dairy milk is at the top of her list.

Whether you’re living amidst the hustle and bustle of the city or raising chickens on a farm in North Dakota, Molly will share tips for using your time in the kitchen this winter to make dishes and moments that matter.

Some of Molly’s tips will include:

  • KEEP IT REAL: Keep real, fresh ingredients in my kitchen – whether it’s an extra splash of real milk for creamier mac and cheese or fresh basil to jazz up hot soup, real ingredients can turn good into DELICIOUS.
  • EMBRACE YOUR COMPANY: The more the merrier! Most guests love lending a hand and having a task as part of the process – it helps everyone feel more connected to the meal, plus makes a great conversation starter for your next event.
  • SHARING IS CARING: When you see “family style” or “meant for sharing” on a menu, think about how trying new flavors, textures and cuisines together can add to the experience and fun.
  • PICTURE PERFECT: More important than that shareworthy dish is the story behind the photo so focus on creating those memories. A new AI-fueled image recognition study found that milk was one of the most shared foods on Instagram. And posts with milk were happier than non-milk posts, indicating it’s good for more than just our bodies.
